CANCELLATION POLICY

ALIGNED BEAUTY WELLNESS — APPOINTMENT, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY Thank you for choosing Aligned Beauty Wellness. Because true transformation starts with intention, we ask that you honor your appointment as we honor your journey inside and out. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To protect the time, care, and results we promise every client, the following policies apply to all appointments. BOOKING DEPOSIT • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all individual appointments (Coaching, Facial, or Body Contouring). • Body Contouring packages/series require payment in full at time of booking. • Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Less than 48 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of your 50% booking deposit. • Package/series appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice count as one redeemed session. • One courtesy reschedule per client, per rolling 12 months, will be honored for documented illness/emergency with less than 48 hours’ notice. Your 50% deposit will still be forfeited, but the appointment itself will not count as a no-show or redeemed package session — you may reschedule within 3 months of the original date. After 3 months, the courtesy reschedule is forfeited. MULTI-SERVICE BOOKINGS When multiple services are booked together in one visit, this policy applies to the full appointment as one unit. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Arriving more than 15 minutes late: • Body Contouring & 90-minute appointments: Service may be shortened; full price still applies. • Coaching & Facial appointments (60 min or shorter): Treated as a late cancellation. Appointment times cannot be extended due to late arrival. NO-SHOW POLICY Individual Services: 50% deposit forfeited; remaining balance charged to card on file. Package/Series Appointments: One session redeemed and deducted. CARD ON FILE AUTHORIZATION By booking, you authorize Aligned Beauty Wellness to securely store your card and charge it per this policy. By booking, you acknowledge you’ve read, understood, and agree to this policy.
